PROS.

1. all the pros. This is not a referal scheme, it is a simple classic case of a elementary website that collects data from other websites. They put together offers from companies such as Marlboro, Zipo, etc, and forward you to their websites.

CONS.

1. I am not sure there are any. You are not required to register, you do not have to pay for anything. They make the quest to finding free stuff a lot easier apparently:P
